Natchez came through — my wife’s Boomershoot ammo arrived TODAY.
Also arriving today was her new camera. Our little five-year-old Sony kicked the bucket last year, and I was not happy with the $69 last-minute replacement I used at SHOT. Boomershoot 2010 deserves something better, and the Instapundit recommended the Kodak zi8 so how can I argue with that? We’ll use it for stills as well as video. The SLR will be next year’s purchase, unfortunately.
One of the best things about Boomershoot 2010 will be that I get to have my wife there with me. She says she’s excited too. Makes me feel like this:
