This setup from Boomershoot 2008 was, I thought, an ingenious solution to the perennial problem of bringing a portable, sturdy, yet inexpensive canopy to Boomershoot.Just PVC pipe, a few 2x4s, and your standard blue tarp. Seemed to work great, unlike some disastrous past attempts.
