Mmm, Beef

Not to step on Aaron’s toes as food editor for the Paratus preparedness blog, but Costco by my house just started stocking a six-pack of their house-brand (Kirkland) canned roast beef. I’d given up on storing canned roast beef after trying Libby’s — that stuff’s awful (my dogs like it, though). However, we love Costco’s canned chicken, so last night we tried the new Kirkland roast beef and it was really good! Highly recommended.
