As you can probably guess from his post below, The Nukevet has got his mind set on hanging his up blogging hat. He says its probably permenant, but I think he has a fatal case of the blogging bug, so we’ll see.
For those not in the know ’round these parts, The Doc is a very busy fella. Not only does he spend much of his time caring for sick animals, but being primarily a Veterinary Oncologist, he is also researching a cure for cancer, which I think we can all agree is a bit more important than blogging.
No matter what he decides to do, I am going to do my best to keep blogging on a daily basis. If he does decide to call it quits, I will also do my best to learn the ropes of how things go behind the scenes and keep RNS going on.

For Da Nukevet: You don’t need to hang up the blogging hat, Doc, you have earned enough blogging credits to “retire”. As a retired blogger, you can hang around RNS, and post when you get the urge, which, BTW, is the way blogging is supposed to be done anyway. Posting on a schedule is too much like Journalism, and bloggers.are.not.journalists!!!
So, just announce your retirement, let us throw you a Retirement Party, and we’ll give you another title, “Emeritus Professor of Blogging”.
Damn, the AK already glommed onto Professor for one of his titles. Well, we’ll think of something.
